This large Marsh Mills £12 million project involved the fabrication and erection of three steel frames for K-C, Costa and four giant storey retail units totalling 54,766sq ft sat on an old brownfield site in Plymouth.
The main retail unit hosts large span spliced Westok rafters which entertain the very large footprint of the two portal frames.
A fully surrounding parapet to the main retail units disguises the roof pitch from ground level which adds to the architecturally modern facility.
The site also features a drive-thru KFC and Costa which was detailed, fabricated and erected by SSF.
Both eateries are due to open within the year.
