SUSTAINABLE STEEL FRAME SOLUTIONS TO FIT EVERY NEED
Here at Snashall Steel Fabrications, we offer full design and build packages, along with more traditional steel frame only options.
We can offer decking and stairs as part of our packages as well as placing concrete planks and installing edge protection.

FACILITIES

Located near Dorchester, Dorset, we are capable of manufacturing up to 150 tons of steelwork per week.
We are fully compliant to CE Marking Execution Class 2 after being audited by the BCSA and SCCS.
At Snashall Steel, we have all of our own in house CNC and processing machinery. This means we are not governed by potential restrictions by steel suppliers.
We have a Ficep CNC saw with a multi head drilling line, FICEP punch and shear line and a GIETART shot blasting machine.
The blast quality is maintained and checked by an independent company.
Our protective coatings are carried out within our manufacturing facility utilising a heated air filtration/extraction system.
We have invested in a Graco XM plural component paint mixing system. This ensures that we can improve our quality standards and traceability. We can offer both single-pack and two-pack systems. Our paint process is checked both internally and by an independent external specialist and we have our own in-house Responsible Paint Coordinators.
We are also able to offer full or partially galvanised frames.
Our Process
Our projects and site activities are managed by its contracts department. The contracts department look through all aspects of any given project with any hazards assessed and the most efficient and cost-effective construction plan prepared to ensure a smooth and safe construction process.
Prior to erection and through close liaising with the project team, our contracts department will provide our clients with a total construction package which includes method statements, crane plans and risk assessments to ensure any projects needs are safely met.
From concept to completion, our team will be there to help and guide our clients along the way.
